Square on the sea

The challenge was to make equally interesting the double exposure of a square on which the Riviera nightlife overlook: one view onto the passage of people moving and one on the tranquility of the Mediterranean sea.
The benches are designed to create aggregation points towards the premises and at the same time suggest a sense of isolation for those who sit looking at the horizon.
The lighting finds a precise geometric correspondence in the early 50s architectural pre-existences that overlook the square itself.
