This south-facing 1980s 200m2 terraced penthouse apartment has been designed for a modern family’s everyday life.
The north-south axes have been cleared from impediments to make room for a perspective that link the night-living with the day-living areas.
At the end of a well designed and enlighted corridor, a bookcase with concrete supporting panels and very thin aluminum shelves, acts as a filter.
The bathrooms’ wet area is not totally hidden, but it openly claims its importance showing his materials.
